Average quality and delayed shipping

This was recommended by a friend by I have to say I was disappointed with the quality and how long it took for the necklaces to arrive 4.5 weeks. The extended shipping was not noted when I placed the order so keep this in mind if you want your product quicker. Otherwise the customer service was decent and they reply promptly.

Our arabic name necklaces are of the highest quality. They do not tarnish or lose colour with water. We do state on the website that it takes 4 weeks to create a custom arabic name necklace as they are custom pieces. Sorry if there was any misunderstanding.

Well worth the wait! A gorgeous necklace which can be worn both casually and dressed up. Chain was longer than expected so it took some getting used to wearing it (I have a shorter neck and torso) but I'm used to it now and LOVE IT!

I ordered 3 items and all were great, the only thing is there was no real updates of what was happening with order once placed. So I think an email every week or 10 days would have been nice just to say it's being prepared or something
